10/23/15 Daily Bulletin

Shout Out

Shout out to Waverly Kidd for her work with scheduling ELL students. This has been a complicated process especially with the notification of the change in regulations after school started. Thank you for your attention to detail and for caring about more than just compliance.

Shout out to Ali Hyde, formerly know as Ali Chisholm, one of our PACE teachers who got married over Columbus Day Weekend! Congrats to her and her new husband!

Curley Staff Shares

We have PD next week for ALL staff on Thursday, October 29th from 3pm-4pm in the auditorium. All staff must attend. We will be focusing on school safety protocols. We will also be recognizing colleagues so please think about nominating a colleague for a Curley Cares Award! The link will be emailed soon.

Heat

It is that time of year again! The heat is on in the building for the foreseeable future. If you do not have heat after 8am please contact the main office and let Kathy and Madeline know EACH DAY this happens. We are in regular contact with facilities and we want to make sure we are on top of any issues.

Picture Day

Picture Day this year will take place October 27 for grades K-5 and October 28 for grades 6-8. We will have a make up day for elementary grade students on October 28 and for middle school students by appointment. Middle School families can make arrangements with Jennifer Connelly at (781) 696-1138. We encourage all students to fill out their picture forms and take individual pictures. This year, we will also take homeroom pictures for grades 7th and 8th for $10 a picture. If your students would like to order one, please write it on the order form and attach $10. Click here for the Picture Day Schedules for grades K-8. Please bring all elementary grade students through the Lower School main office and then they'll proceed to the front court yard. Middle School students need to be brought in front of the school through the main office Upper School. They'll have their picture taken in front of the school on Centre Street. Please let Mr. Diaz know ASAP if you have any scheduling conflicts, questions, or concerns.

Progress Reports Middle School

There was a misprint in previous bulletins and the Middle School Progress Reports are due on Due 11/4. We apologize for this error.
