Due Dates
An Appeal
The African American History month celebration is a yearly event which is vitally important to our community. To make it happen this year, we need someone to organize the event. Online meetings, hallway talks, whatever you can do to get the ball rolling. As one of 6 performing arts teachers, I am able to support both administratively (flyers, announcements, other) and provide a tech team, but I need someone to get things going. You have two other performing arts teachers (Ms. Alves, Ms. Untermyer) who already have pieces ready to go. Ms. Brown and Mr. Bashir have ideas too. It just takes an organizer and Ms. Knight simply can't be that person this year. It is important that we keep this tradition alive. It has been running in some form since 2006 and I don't want to see the light go out now. Thanks for listening...Save the Date: Half Way to the Last Day Party
Please join us on Friday, February 7th from 5 to 9 pm to celebrate the halfway point in the school year! More details to follow later this week.
